What most impressed you about the service you received from {{location_external_name}}?

I am a new customer; just bought the house in May. My only use of propane is for our two gas fireplaces, which we used only the last month, so I've received my first bill this January. With my limited experience, I appreciate that Heritage bills us only when product has been delivered.

Gas was delivered on time and my wet unpaved driveway was in good shape after delivery could hardly they had been there

Received propane the next day even though I was told 7 to 10 days.

I would have given a 10 except that, even though I called several times because my tan was below 5.0%, It was still over 7 days for delivery. Because of that delay the tank had gotten down to 2% - 3% and after the delivery I had to re-light both the auxiliary furnace and the hot water heater. Fortunately I know how to do these type of things but some would not and hat would be a problem for them. Still was a pain that I had to do it.

Your people are great. We ran out of gas at a bad time. As a new customer, your office staff processed us quickly, and I can not say enough about your service tech, Phillip. He came out at 9:30 in very cold weather.
