It took about 2 weeks from order to delivery. I was concerned about running out of gas because that was the coldest time.

The most recent fill up was done and we didn’t know it. Receipt showed up on our front door handle. The budget plan is working fine. No billing hassles.

We used a lot of propane when our emergency generator kicked in during Hurricane Irma and were in need of additional propane service. I called and AmeriGas was able to get service delivery in a just a few days. The same day they delivered we experienced a power outage and the backup generator once again bailed us out. Perfect timing!

First experience with Customer Service was less than favorable. (do not remember the young man's name). However, 2nd Customer Service Agent (name Josie) was and is the face of Customer Service that any company should strive for. She was very helpful and showed concern and "can do" attitude to assist us in correcting our problem/issue. She should be commended. and Yes, I would still recommend AmeriGas. One last point. . . . when asked to connect to the VP of Customer Service (by Name and Title). . . . both Customer Service Agents did not know her by Name. . . . and/or Title.

I phoned the office requested a fill. And seven days later they arrived There were no problems filling the tank. Did there job As expected so no great impression.

The response time from when I ordered the re-fill to the delivery of the gas... much quicker than was told to me... wonderful!! Thanks!

The offer to periodically come by and check our gas levels, track our use, to avoid running too low. I also like to do smaller refills - the bill is lower and easier to pay.

Installers were professional and efficient. They were very patient and thorough in explaining how to light the kiln and manage the gas.

They check for leaks every time they deliver. They also have a schedule they stick too, so I don't have to call you for a delivery and if I run out of gas, they deliver on the same day, or night !! You should be commended and deserve a raise.
