Consistent communication and updates along with the speed of the process

I liked the fact that the lender attended the closing. I've never seen lenders attend closings in previous deals. It was refreshing and showed me that John Adams is concerned about their clients.

Chris was great to work with and offered good advice to me to assist in my process. He was very timely and responding to questions and concerns I had throughout the process. I appreciated that he was very easy to get a hold of him and that he responded promptly.
