Sky of South Tulsa is a wonderful facility having a friendly, knowledgeable and invested staff. The facility is well maintained and offers a wide variety of classes and equipment.
Of special importance to me as a 75 year-old woman with health issues, is the quality of personal trainer that I am most fortunate to work with on a regular basis. Shannon Hogg is my personal trainer. Not only is she knowledgeable in her role as a personal trainer, her ability to challenge me to better fitness and health habits is to be commended. She is friendly, patient, and provides the appropriate amount of challenge as we work together. She is ever mindful of my physical challenges and adjusts my training needs accordingly. She is my treasured training friend. I can recommend her without reservation.

I love "my" sky but if you could add Zumba on Monday night for kids under 12 it would be wonderful😇
Sky has been a great experience for me . I really enjoy the group classes . I attend high fitness ( my favorite) body pump two times a week , hiit and Zumba. I have made lasting friendships . I tell everyone about sky !

I like the new better body program! Everyone is so helpful and friendly! For example, I asked if I could have copies of the better body program and Mr. Stephens went out of his way to help me. (I was having trouble printing the sets from my home computer) South Tulsa is focused on customer service. The trainers are awesome! The place is well managed.

Sky fitness is the standard for the fitness industry. When ever you walk into to Sky you feel very welcomed, its like family. The facility has a wide range of equipment and is very clean. I would recommend sky to all my friends and family.
The equipment is top notch. The people that work there are great. An I'm always meeting new people to work out with or talk to an get new ideas. I have been working out for 50 years, an I'm still learning.
