Two of the three locations are easily accessible from home, school and work. I love the flexibility of classes, machines, weights, etc. The cleanliness is a big factor, as well as the amenities, including steam room, showers, lockers, towels. So far ALL is Excellent. I really like my trainer, DeAngelo, and the staff. The facility is clean. Wide variety of classes to choose from.
I like all how helpful everyone is and how you offer so many classes and mostly I like my trainer.. I would not of gotten back into getting into to shape if it wasn't for my trainer Melissa being the encourager.
Always clean workout area, nice locker rooms, friendly staff! No issue is too small they always respond. I really like this place and enjoy working out there and meeting friends!
The sauna and stream room. I just wish you guys were open later.
The towels are so convenient!! You don’t have to bring your own lock for a locker. The kids club always makes it fun for my daughter.

I like the personal touch from the front desk reception people. They call you by name and treat you with kindness. I love my instructors Stephanie, Marybeth, & Rebecca. The locker room is always clean. I am going on my second year of membership & love coming to workout. I never feel uncomfortable or unwelcome! Thanks for helping me stay healthy!
The gym is always clean. the employees are helpful, kind, and fun to work with. The environment is welcoming and you never feel self conscious when working out. There is an amazing selection of equipment to use. I overall love sky fitness.

Hi there. I really enjoy your gym. Here's why:
- front desk staff polite and warm when greeting and saying goodbye (both consistent actions)
- facility is kept clean
- no issues finding a locker even during peak hours
- trainers are friendly and knowledgeable
- great value for pricing, plus cost savings as an incentive to use the gym
- only a few times in two years I've had to park outside the main lot
- attractive people working out...let's be honest, this motivates
But I also think you could improve. Here's how:
- front desk staff could more consistently prioritize guest check-in during peak hours -> triage non check-in requests to account managers -> minimize guest check-in wait time
- cardio equipment channel guides -> easier to find content on treadmill TV, for example
- better process around restocking upstairs floor towels -> getting to the gym, changing, climbing the stairs and seeing no towels = no bueno
