We had Chris come from the Chico, Ca store to clean our living room area rug that had just been christened by my daughter's dog. His advice was to take it back to the shop to do a better job. The last time we had it done in the shop it came back with a strong odor not fresh and clean. He said he would make sure the rug was clean.

Chris went out of his way to make sure our area rug was well cleaned on both sides and totally dry before it was rolled up to return to our home. He did a 10+ job! Our rug looks great and best of all it smells fresh and clean. Thank you Chris for doing such an outstanding cleaning job on our area rug. We would highly recommend this technician who works for Service Master.

So far this time, we are happy with the carpet cleaning. However, the machine that was being used had problems but the technician said he was able to finish. The carpet at this point seems to be clean. On our previous cleaning, spots started showing up again after a few days but we thought we would try using your service again with a different technician.

Service and satisfaction was what impressed me the most. Chris, the technician that came to my home was eager to make sure that I was pleased with the quality of his work. He assure me that if I had any concerns all I need do is give them a call and he would come back and redo anything I was not satisfied with. I like that kind of dedication to ones job.

I really appreciated that Chris was willing to return to go over our family room which had turned out streaky the first time. The problem was probably caused because we put off getting it cleaned for too long. We knew we were asking a lot to get is as clean as it now is. The equipment he used the second time worked better to leave it much more evenly cleaned. He did a good job, especially with what he had to start with. We appreciate that the company wants to please its customers.
