We have been taking our boy since he was 1y/o to Mrs. Alba and he used to cry through the whole haircut but Mrs Alba always showed professionalism, and Patience at all times. She does a great job everytime.

Suggestion: Our son, who stays home and does not go to daycare or school, picked up a pretty severe cold, likely from his last visit. This isn't anyone's fault, but I'd recommend doing a more thorough job of disinfecting the seats and toys between customers. Otherwise, everything was phenomenal as usual. Thank you.

Great service, the staff is very friendly, we got our baby his first haircut and Tiffany was amazing supwr sweet with him and he barely cried!
The staff was very friendly and extremely patient with my very anxious 3 year old. Annette took her time and let him get comfortable before getting started. She did not make us feel rushed even though they were very busy in the salon.
All the hair stylist are very helpful and accommodating to your requests. We rarely ever make an appt because of a crazy family schedule and they always find a way to fit us in! My son has been coming here since his very first haircut in 2021. We gladly make the 40 minute drive specifically for Ms. Becky. She is great with my son and always exceeds our expectations. Highly recommended!

Our hairstylist, Amber, is wonderful. Our child isn’t always the easiest to work with and Amber always makes us feel comfortable while giving a great cut. We appreciate her patience and kindness.
Becky was amazing!! She was really good at calming my boy to cut his hair. She gave him toys to play with to distract him. Guided us as well on what to do and not do, also gave advices to what we can do to help him get more used to his hair appts. When he was crying, another one of the ladies came to help and blew him bubbles. Looking around the salon, it was clean, everyone was very nice and patient with the different children. We are very happy with his cut, too!! Def going back :)

Chi did a wonderful job distracting our toddler while also cutting his hair so, so quickly and so, SO carefully. He had his first haircut here and had a great time, but because this location is a bit of a drive we got his second haircut somewhere else closer to us and it was a nightmare so we decided to make the drive to pigtails & crewcuts and we were not disappointed. We will be booking his future haircuts exclusively at this location.

Jaime is the best with my kids! They are very squirmy during haircuts but Jaime is so sweet and patient.
Jamie was absolutely wonderful with my 3 yr old grandson. He did not want to get his hair cut but she quickly got him to be comfortable and she was so patient with his constant movement and questions! And his cut/style was exactly what mom asked for.

We have had two hair cuts at Pigtails and Crewcuts now and both have been great. The stylists are great with children and have a way of making them sit still. There are plenty of toys and movies to keep your child distracted during their cut. They not only cut hair but style it with cute braids and ribbons as well. I now have ideas on how to braid and style my daughters' hair.
