Front desk is very welcoming , spacious room, intense yoga classes , instructors are very well train great knowledge about yoga poses , relaxing music , offers a free week trial to see if this is something you enjoy . Showers , and locker room very clean.

Theresa is one of the best C1 & C2 yoga teachers if not the best. She leads the class through a beautiful flow that is deceivingly slow but with a few challenging poses that works the body quite a bit. She doesn’t rush through each pose & thus it’s a very effective workout. Her calm demeanor also has a positive impact on the yogi practice. I highly recommend her classes.

Loved my first class at CorePower! The instructor, Theresa, was amazing and loved her flow. I appreciated that everyone worked at their own pace and level and Theresa didn't make anyone feel bad about modifying. This class has made me want to try out more classes.
