Theresa is an AMAZING instructor! Her super-skill to communicate the layers of practice during class and the positive encouragement create a welcoming environment that keeps student practitioners coming back repeatedly.
It was overall a good class, although the flow was a little fast for me. I would prefer to hold the poses a little longer. I did get a nice workout, though.
Emily is a talented instructor. Love her classes! Neither studio has columns in the room. Locker area is clean and stocked with the toiletries required for freshening up after class

Teachers are amazing. But the rooms / vents/ humidifier can have a tube up/ freshen up. Can smell musty when heat on.
