I really wish that each region (CA, South Bay for me currently) would send out more regular emails for app-based notifications telling us what is or isn't going on. With the opening and closing and offering of outdoor classes there has been a lot of trial and error and missing opportunities to keep engaged with the class offerings. I am thinking once a week or once a month would be a great way to send out updates and let us know what is going on in the CPY local world.

This was my second class being back in practice since the Pandemic. My experience at the Santa Clara location with Genevieve Sc as the instructor was absolutely excellent! I was pre-screened and so is the person that came after me. Genevieve gave us instructions on what to do in the studio clearly, reminding all of us to keep our masks on at all times. The studio at Santa Clara was sparkly clean, neat and tidy. The mirrors were wiped down, there was availability of hand soap and sanitizers. The bathroom was very clean. I felt safe and satisfied in this studio. The class has left me feeling good about my practice and stronger than I was when I walked in. Very happy with this studio & instructor!

I love that Lauren Ab is a champion of the hot format and is making strides in the South Bay growing that community from zero classes to weekdays. I also hope to see SCS have HPFs and CRs on weekends so I can choose practice there instead of the ultra-packed Winchester Blvd.

My office is a block away from the Santa Clara Square location so it is convenient for me to go there. I enjoyed being guided through my practice and am very comfortable in Core Power Yoga in general. Thank you for making the mechanics of being there really easy for me.

I love that everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The instructors are super helpful and help with anything I don’t know or have questions about. It is a very judgement free zone and as a first time yogi I really loved that!
