Ms. Tia always does a phenomenal job on our sons haircut and has always made him feel comfortable even when he wiggles a little bit his hair always comes out perfect. Everyone in the salon has a great attitude and a very welcoming personality. our son is also a big fan of choosing where he sits rather than at a traditional salon each stylist has a specific booth that they work out of. we're big fans of the products by Johnny B and the Fuddy gel smells so good and keeps our three year olds hair in place all day! i cant recommend Pigtails & Crew cuts enough. Thanks for great service all the time, guys!
This was my son’s 2nd haircut here and everyone was so nice. We will definitely be coming back next time. Not to mention how handsome he looks with his hair out his eyes. Amanda did a really awesome job! And she was super quick 🙌

The overall experience is definitely geared towards children and make it low stress. Mr AJ was wonderful doing our little one’s first haircut. He was very patient and took his time as to not scare him with anything. We definitely will be back and would 100% recommend. We have a boy, but my wife loved the two walls of bows and said how it would’ve been a field day when she was a little girl.
They were amazing! Yolanda was very patient and very outgoing with my son. As first time parents to a boy we were terrified of the first haircut. I can’t express enough how grateful we are for a super breezy cut. Absolutely NO crying! Our son was so happy and not once was he scared. The whole crew was super outgoing. The place is amazing!
The couple of times I have taken my son to get his haircut it’s always a difficult experience at first because he gets scared & upset, but everyone always manages to make him smile & calm him down & make the process as smooth & fun as possible! We always have a good experience at Pigtails no matter who we see. My daughter needs a bang trim every couple of weeks and they make the process so quick, easy, and fun for my daughter every time. It makes getting to hair cuts painless. This appointment my daughter woke up late from her nap and groggy so we came to the appointment with wet hair. Ms. Kay Sandra trimmed her bangs beautifully and even braided my daughters hair and dried it for her. She felt like Elsa and was so proud to show off her hair. We are grateful to live new Pigtails & Crewcuts. I highly recommend.

My son is 2.5 years old and has been getting a haircut with Logan since he was 1 years old. Unfortunately, my son is not the easiest toddler to deal with since he cries and moves a lot during his cuts. Logan has been nothing but patient and professional with him. My husband and I are very grateful for her.
