My 11 year old daughter had her hair cut by Ashton. We were all around very pleased with her! she was very friendly, she took her time and did not rush. She made sure my daughter and myself were happy with the result. We will request to see her again!

Tiffany was a great stylist. She stopped and listened well to my children’s requests for their hair and provided advice to them. The lady that works at the desk is always friendly. I love the option to easily book my appointment online as well!

We loved the cute environment, the train set that can help entertain kiddos while waiting and we loved our experience with our stylist Jade!! She was so nice and courteous and did a fantastic job on my boys hair cuts, they loved it! The front desk helper was very nice and courteous as well, we loved our 1st experience and will definitely be back!

My son Rhydian, who has autism struggles badly with getting his hair cut and Macy at Pigtails and crewcuts does an amazing job on cutting his hair! He didn’t fight her or cry which is a first for us and love going there!

We have used Tiffany every time for our kids haircuts down to their very first haircut, and she has been so amazing and patient with our kids, even when they are sobbing on her. We love the variety of fun toys they get to pick from after their haircut, and everyone is always so friendly!
Child friendly in every way. Our stylist Estefani made sure my son was comfortable and happy for his first cut. She had patience and even though it was primarily a scissor cut when she used the clippers around his ears, she showed him her using it on her arm so he knew it was safe and wouldn’t hurt him, we are so glad we did the first cut package, his photo came out perfect. I would recommend them to everyone.
Tiffany was absolutely wonderful with my son. He has sensory sensitivities, and she went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable throughout the entire haircut. She was patient, kind, and never rushed him—even staying late to make sure he had a positive experience. That level of care meant so much to our family. It's rare to find someone who is so willing to meet a child where they are, and because of Tiffany, what could have been a stressful experience became a great one. We truly appreciate her compassion and dedication.
Service was amazing. Got us right in, and Estephani did such an amazing job and listened to what the girls wanted as well as making wonderful suggestions to flow their haircuts beautifully. Tammy was amazing over the phone and im so grateful that they accommodate us and so sweet. I will be bringing them to Pigtails and Crewcuts from now on. Very happy
