Olivia was wonderful and so patient during my son’s first haircut. She demonstrated everything she could on herself first so he knew what was coming, like the hairdryer! And even when she had to find and measure the same piece of hair 10 times in a row because he moved, she didn’t get frustrated. Thanks for a great experience!
Euri is the best! She is great with our son and does a wonderful job cutting bis hair! He doesn’t make it easy for her and she is a champ.

We absolutely LOVE this place! When we were looking for a place for our little guy (when he was younger) we could NOT find anywhere that was as great with young children as this place is! It was truly a Godsend. He fell in love with all of it! The amazing staff, the fun seats to choose from, the decorations, toys, etc.
We hadn't been in a while prior to this trip, and we were trying to get back-to-back appointments for both our boys. (Age 5, & 13) It is super easy to book online, and when I had a hard time trying to get the appointments close together, I called & she made it work for us so we didn't have to do one cut & come back a few hours later for another.
My little guy loves Rhian, so we chose her again, and she was absolutely amazing with both boys! Super attentive to us all, very kind, attention to detail, made sure the cuts were exactly what they wanted, with parent approval as well!
They have tons of products, even ones that are kid friendly & decently priced.
We also LOVE the toy section! It is always fun to pick out a little something after a nice, relaxing hair cut!
Rhian was very professional, answered all of our question, had knowledge of products & things to recommend based off issues we were experiencing with my older sons dry scalp. She was absolutely wonderful with our younger son (he has ADHD & Autism) and he is very finicky about touch, texture, sitting still, etc. She was incredible, & he had a great time!
I would 1,000% recommend Pigtails & Crewcuts to anyone & EVERYONE! They will take the whole family for cuts! One stop shop! I will honestly, never go anywhere else! (Prices are great, & you still end up with an amazing hair cut!)

My daughters love coming there! Friendly stylists, great with all ages! My girls have the cutest bobs from them and one of them is very particular with touch and she still loves coming here!

We had a great experience. Ms. Nikki was very patient and playful with my son Ethan and made the haircut fun for him instead of stressful. She was silly with him and kept him engaged the whole time. The haircut turned out great, and the whole appointment was quick and efficient, which is so helpful with a toddler. We really appreciate how kid-friendly the environment is and will definitely be back.

Demi saw both of my boys. I had 2 styles in mind for them, and had pictures of something similar, but still had to describe exactly what I was going for. She totally rocked it!! One of my sons had a botched hair cut (from a barber), and it needed to be fixed- she did an amazing job of blending everything and getting him looking right again, and in the style I was going for. She worked quickly, but diligently. We will definitely be scheduling with her from now on.
