This is the third job you guys have done for us and every time you do a great job two flood jobs and a trauma job . I think his name is armando is great he is always very pleasant to deal with does good work just an all around good guy
The service techs were available and arrived the afternoon of the call. Everything to be done was thoroughly explained before the work was begun. After assessing the situation and setting up equipment the techs explained where they thought the problem was coming from and what we could possibly do to prevent a recurrence.

We had some water leaking into our plant, and production area. We called Service Master and they were there within and hour helping us get the water cleaned up and drying the floor. Their quick work, and expertise saved us a lot of stress, and possible loss of inventory.

ServiceMaster arrived within 2 hrs. of burst pipes that were uncontrolled for at least 20 minutes with slab on grade water damage to three adjacent rooms. They were quick to respond, through in documenting of moisture levels and had us back to normal in less than three days! Follow up reporting was prompt and very detailed about what was done, the start findings, what was done and final results. Very professional, quick, and documented results. Very pleased.

Incredible group of people here at ServiceMaster Fire and Water Restoration. I called and they were there that day taking care of my flood. This was after terrible rains so they were also very busy. They were friendly, hard working, and fairly priced. I would not hesitate to use them again, although I hope I won't have too.
