After going several years without cleaning carpets I opted for the deep cleaning hot water extraction with ZeroRez, based on reviews on Google. The technician was very knowledgeable on the method and various treatment for a couple areas of deep stains. The results, after drying for 24 hours are amazing ! I also had the tile flooring cleaned, looks new again. I went along with the recommendation to have protectant spray applied to carpet and tile - I’m not sure this is worth it or not. I would use this company again.
