Always on point

Excellent customer service and thorough cleaning. Got up some tough spots such as a rusty water stain. They use their own water, wear shoe covers, had a floor fan to accelerate drying time, used corner guards on the corners of the walls. Due to their technology my carpets were dry very quickly. I’ve used Zerorez for several years commercially for my office with with the same results. Highly recommend.

Upon arriving, the Zerorez tech was nothing less than professional. He was very detailed in what he was going to be doing and spoke to me in a manner I understood. He did not try to entice me to get something I did not need whereas explained to me the benefits of what I was receiving. I planned to replace the carpet with flooring but after seeing how clean they are, I will leave them! Thanks Zerorez for such a wonderful 1st time experience!

The carpet always looks clean like new after 21 years. I would only use Zerorez. The techican
are always professional well trained. I would request ZY as he cleaned saturday did great job.
