Our service man, Carlton, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He showed me the areas where our dog had marked with urine. There were a lot! We didn't know he had done so much. Carlton treated the areas and then proceeded to clean the carpets. The carpets looked beautiful when he finished. We were pleased with the work. Because of the special treatment for the many dog stains, there was no residual odor. Carlton also left a complimentary spray container to use on spots. I noticed directions on the container say it can be refilled at no charge. We are pleased with Zerorez.

Oh my word, where do I begin? The representative that arrived at our home was not only professional, but shared his knowledge on how to keep pet stains away and preserve our carpet. Many services will come and go in your home, but this gentleman was superior to ANY service professional we've had in our home for the last 18 years. WOW! He walked through the house afterwards and asked if I had any questions. He pet our dogs and was genuinely interested in how he could help us preserve our carpet and keep harmful chemicals out of our home. Well done, ZeroRez. The gentleman that showed up to our home deserves a raise. We tipped him WELL.

My carpets were installed in about 2005 or 2006- after Zerorez left the carpets still looke

The technician arrived early and was very knowledgeable and thorough about explaining the zerorez process and products. The technician was very nice and patiently answered all my questions. At different times during the cleaning the tech stopped to show me what stains he was able to completely remove and what could only be lightened up. The rugs were thoroughly cleaned in a timely manner. It is good that Zerorez waits a couple of days to ask for a review because you can really see how clean it is when the carpet is dry. I showed my mother one of the carpets in one of the rooms in a picture and she could see how clean it was just from the picture.
