Trey is an amazing tech! As a three time winner of the Whirlpool Q-club for customer service as an appliance technician, I know what it takes. Now that was back in the days before GPS (so long, long ago 🤣), but good customer service hasn't changed - and Trey has mastered it. He made me feel valued as a customer AND did a great job on our carpets! Also, when his GPS took him to the wrong street, he didn't let it bother him. He called me, and we got him guided in to a safe landing! Kudos to Trey!

I love your care for my home while cleaning. Corner protection, Personal care protection for workers everything was thought out. Fans were used to speed the drying time. I was given a chance to walk around before to discuss and afterwards.

I received several forms of communication as reminders. I was notified when they were 20 minutes out.

They even re- filled my bottle for incidents between calls!!!!

The technicians come on time, are friendly and provide useful information. They work quickly and efficiently. After using many other carpet cleaning companies, I feel Zerorez does the best job.
Their cleaning process uses only their own outside trucks, so they do not use your water or make as much mess in your house. Their process is more environmentally friendly than others, which we feel is important. Finally, their prices are reasonable and competitive given the quality of their cleaning. We have had cleaner carpets since we started using Zerorez.
