I've used ZeroRez for years and have always like the results.
The only improvement that I can see is....if the discount was offered up front and not for my next carpet cleaning. I was a little upset that once the technician left, within an hour I received an e-mail for 15% discount for my next cleaning. To me that's like a slap in the face for if your going to send discounts for your next visit at least wait a month or two. But it would be BEST to offer it upfront since there is a sale going on.

Everything was clear. Ford, our tech took the time to explain everything and arrange for our area rugs to get cleaned. I was disappointed our head and footboards could not be cleaned, but he explained why.
