How good if a job the technician did

Great Tech. Effectively communicating when explaining the trouble of my carpet. Smooth process. Carpets looked brand new.

The service technician went above and beyond what I was expecting. I was thinking about ripping my carpet up and putting down hardwood floors but after The technician was done the carpet let you again.

Dean who cleaned carpets was professional, polite, did a great job and left with me being a satisfied customer.

I only met one of the men who serviced the air ducts. That person went over all photos, told me what services they performed. He was very professional and though this was my first time every using this company or have the air ducts cleaned, I felt a good job was done and I'm a satisfied customer.

Please give extra credit to Dean who cleaned my carpets on Tues. 6/21/22. He was professional and did a wonderful job.
Also extra credit to the 2 men who cleaned my air ducts on 6/17/22. I only met one of the men, the one who took my credit card info. He also was professional, went over the photos taken, advised me what should be done in the future and how to maintain the vents.
I tried to leave these comments thru the Google platform via my phone but it didn't take so please pass along these comments and if my comments make those two men eligible for an incentives, I highly advise you to consider them for that.
