Before he packed up he asked if there were any spots I wanted him to hit again, so I had him do one heavy walk line a little more. Then he asked if I was happy with the look of the carpets. The fact that he didn't just pack up and request payment really impressed me. Everyone else does that. So thanks for your great service! Our carpets look beautiful!
