This was our first time having Zerorez clean our carpets and we are so impressed! Years and years of life stains removed! They communicated well updating us with arrival time and what to expect. Tyrone was outstanding and professional! He let us see how it would look before we committed to having the entire house done. We did end up adding the biological cleaner bc of pet stains. It smells great now. I won’t wait so long to make an appointment again. Ready for the holidays now!

The service from Zerorez is always exceptional. It's easy to schedule and the techs that come out are on time, professional, knowledgable, and do a great job. I've had our church cleaned annually for the past few years. The Zerorez techs used the ceiling tiles to quickly calculate our square footage and got right to work (despite it being quite a large space with multiple rooms). They kept our information in their system and remember who I am when I call to reschedule every year. I've get the carpets cleaned every year, but Zerorez makes it easy.

I was very pleased with the service from Zerorez. I had never used them before, but after hearing about them on the radio many times, I thought I'd try. I was able to leave instructions about call-ahead, which they were very good about by texting AND calling me 30 minutes out, the technician was very polite, friendly, and professional. He did exactly what I had asked, and let me now when he was done. He even turned lights off even though I had said it was ok to leave them on. Thank you for the wonderful service!
