Your technicians and your excellent customer service. There were two technicians that came to my home on 12/30/22, Vaughn and Brian. They were both very professional and did an amazing job. Great communication. Vaughn said he was in training. I never would’ve guessed that if he hadn’t told me. He was very meticulous with my home. I will ask for them in the future.

I liked the techs communication while on property, they were respectful and kept me in the loop. I didn’t like that because we couldn’t accept an earlier than scheduled appointment they were over an hour and a half late and I had to follow-up with them.

I was extremely pleased with my service! Steve went above and beyond to ensure my experience was impeccable. Due to the freezing temps the machine was frozen and he had some issues with getting the water going. But he kept me informed and worked for about 20 minutes to get it going. He ended up having to go back to the branch which he was extremely apologetic about. He asked my availability to confirm it was ok to come back and he called when he was on his way back. He expressed that he was sorry for the inconvenience but I reassured him it was ok. When he finished he gave me an opportunity to inspect to ensure I was pleased. I will be requesting him moving forward as my technician! He was friendly, communicative and provided excellent service!

This is the first time I have used Zerorez Atlanta. My experience with carpet cleaners is very limited. But I was pleased with this young man (Sorry-I forgot his name) as he introduced himself covered his shoes, and asked if I had any questions. I had a few. He was very knowledgeable. And patient and polite.I don't think I'm alone when I say I dislike having to wait for a repair/service person.only to have to let him or her into my home. And then put up with some who is grumpy.
I have used store carpet cleaners, spray cleaners, and even had my own machine. The carpet always felt sticky, took to long to dry. With Zerorez Atlanta my carpet was dry after only 5 hours with no musty odor. When I touched it, it was actually soft! I'm glad I called Zerorez and will call Zerorez going forward
