The technicians are always no nice and knowledgeable. The prices are a little high but I feel comfortable with the company and the service. Garrison was awesome and took extra care to get my pet stains up. He also suggested options to ensure my carpet lasts that I will look into next time.

Pickup rug service for my 8x11 rug.
This is the 2nd time I have used this service for my den rug. I have also used Zerorez for sanitizing on my old wall to wall carpet. I have a small dog. This is helpful with my allergies.

We were satisfied with the overall service from Zerorez. Installers were very professional, patient, answered our questions and concerns as they walked us through the process. Before and after pictures were shown. They also installed the Ultavision PCO Air Purifier. One minor problem occured regarding turning furnace switch to ON position. Thanks to Mr. Jarod Jordan, Customer Service Assistant -who resolved the issue without delay. I highly recommend this company.
