Also, I deal with a lot of people on a daily basis, but the technician, Brian, who was at our house was fantastic! He was very pleasant to deal with, thorough in his explanations and work. He enjoyed his job and it showed. I usually want folks out of my house asap and that was not the case with Brian. He made it very comfortable to be around him which made me feel better about the overall job and experience.

Chemical free

I had used Zeroez for carpet and furniture cleaning and this time for duct cleaning. Both times I believe I was sent the best of the best teams. First, the arrival times were very close to the start of the requested and promised appointment time. I also received a call in advance to let me know they were on the way. But more importantly - the guys got to work immediately, and were very pleasant to talk to when they were explaining the process and what was happening. I also appreciated the softness in the voices and the clarity of their speech.

I work from home as I am sure many do and if I had to suggest one thing that can be improved on - it would be the level of noise the duct cleaning process makes. I rescheduled a video conference because I had no quiet place either inside or outside the house while the process was being completed. This was not a problem ..... just a suggestion
