This time I got the experience Taylor from 104.7 The Fish always refers to!!! This technician, Andrew, made all the difference. My previous experience was dealing with an aggresive "sales pitch" from the moment the person arrived... It took a lot to win back my trust, but I was hopeful from the minute Andrew introduced himself. He was eager to work, confident of the satisfaction the Zerorez System offers, and worked carefully in my home. I heard some good tips for carpet care, including what "not to do", and my final bill was just what I expected to pay. It was later in the afternoon on a hundred degree day, (at my request as we are busy with a whole house move); I am sure the technician had worked hours already, yet the whole experience went great from start to finish. Your office staff responded politely, in a timely manner to our request for service. They communicated well about the appointment, and the technician arrived within the defined window of time. The technician, Tim, was polite and knowledgeable. He did a thorough evaluation, was able to assess the extent of our problem (pet pee), and recommend a treatment that was appropriate and effective. Tim was diligent and did an excellent job on the carpets. Even though it meant that he had to work until almost 9:30pm, Tim graciously finished the job that evening. Our girls were coming home from camp the following day, and delaying the job until morning would not have provided ample time for the carpets to dry. Our carpets are BEAUTIFUL, ready for our girls' arrival home, and there's not a trace of pet pee to be found! I will never rent a carpet cleaner again... I'm calling ZEROREZ!!!
