There is no soap residue left behind, carpets live longer, got stains out that were there for YEARS and did not come out through other carpet cleaning services. Safe for pets.

When Zerorez tried to clean a very old carpet, it had a bad reaction to the water and split down the middle seam due to some kind of hidden adhesive underneath the carpet. When I let customer service and specifically Rich Brunke know of the situation, he worked a very effective solution using his carpet guy, Albert, to completely replace my upstairs carpet and paid for all the installation and the carpet in the master where the seperation happened. he totally went above and beyond creating a solution to make a first time customer happy. This was a big deal as my wife and I are on a budget as we just bought our first home. Albert was a true professional and got the job done fast and laid the carpet perfectly. I will honestly never forget the level of professionalism and courtesy displayed to me by what I see as a company that backs up its reputation.

Love it all. I had a playroom carpet that was, well..... gross. I was going to replace the carpet then decided to try zerorez first... I can not believe all traces of my children's mess is gone!!! Very impressed!!! Zerorez is great!!!

The carpet feels and looks soooo clean. Some of the tough spots came up well. I like the fact that there is no soap residue.
