What do you like about our products and services?

My carpets look fresh & clean & my couches look like new. The technician (Richard) was professional, courteous & thorough. He reviewed each room/item after the service was complete to ensure I was satisfied. He also made sure to clean the area I needed dry the quickest first & placed a fan while he completed the other areas so my kids could enter the space ASAP which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Richard & Zerorez to my friends, family & neighbors. Thanks!

My pet stained and sour smelling carpets are much better. Your cleaning tech, Eric Jackson, was very professional, thorough, organized and quick. He arrived less than 5 mins off his projected phone ahead arrival window. In this area that is phenominal. Yes, I would recommend Zerorez and Mr. Jackson.
