In no particular order, I like the price, that the tech was knowledgeable and courteous, and the job was done very close to as promised in your advertisements. It does look 100% better, but my carpet is VERY old (maybe 20 yrs), so making all of it fluffy again just isn't a reality.

The service man was very prompt at arriving at our home. The equipment was top of the line. Everything was contained in his truck. The service man was very knowledgable about the whole carpet cleaning process. He was very freindly and answered all our questions.He did a very thourough job and did it in a timely manner.This was the most pleasant service experience I have had in a very long time!!
