Our Tech, Danny, was incredibley knowledgeable about all the cleaning surfaces and processes and did an incredible job as well. He cleaned every carpet in our house and then sampled an area of the tile and grout in our kitchen and sunroom and I was shocked how dirty the floor really was.....I thought the "dirt" was part of the pattern! I now have a very clean cream colored tile and grout. Danny is a superb representative of Zerorez and Zerorez is a superb cleaning service.

CONS: A bit costly, but seems to be worth the extra expense. I do not know what people who are unable to move their own furniture are to do if they use Zeroez.

I had some pretty disgusting stains on the carpet from animal urine to craft glue and the technician removed it all. I was hoping for clean stains but it looks like new carpet.

You do a great job! The carpet looks great and smells so nice. The service is done in a timely manner.

I love the all natural, chemical free cleaners. My house smells like fresh laundry hung out to dry on the clothes line. The service is incredible. I had 2 spots on fairly new carpet that my new puppy has marked. I had used my Kirby shampooer serveral times on these spots and could not get the urine smell out. The technician from Zerorez spent awhile going over and over these 2 spots and succeeded. He made sure I was completely satisfied before he loaded up his equipment and left. I am one happy customer. My carpet was a mess so a complete rescue was not realistic. However, I had just dusted everything in preparation for the arrival of new furniture after the carpets were cleaned. I was surprised to find a layer of very fine white dust on everything on the two floors where the carpets were cleaned. This was unexpected from a company which calls itself "Zerorez"...there may not be any chemical residue left behind but the white dust definately qualifies as "residue" to me. Should I be concerned about this residue other than the dusting again?
