The service was great. Bobby and his team member showed up an hour earlier than they were scheduled. They were very polite, professional and very friendly. Bobby asked what my expectations were and He went above and beyond. Even though the carpets were old and stained, they cleaned and sanitized the carpet. The carpets are looking better than if I used the rental carpet cleaners from the store. My children are able to play on the carpets without me worrying about any chemicals used to clean the carpet.

They work!! From the clean cut hard working technician, to the unbelievable clean rugs and smell, I would recommend Zerorez to anybody that really wanted something that does work. Even though it was a little expensive, it was worth every penny.

I had the most wonderful experience with Zerorez. The tech who came out told me that if I wasn't fully satisfied with the upholstery cleaning he would not charge me. The chairs were very dirty (I have 3 toddlers) and now the chairs are like new. I was very pleased with the service and the level of customer service. Danny was awesome as well as his manager, Rich.

Less water is used on the carpets. so when done they are not soggy like some of the carpet cleaning.

The cleaning rep was polite, on time, respectful of my house and furniture, and was willing to work with my plan (ie clean behind couch first, then move couch back, then over here, etc).

The fact that there is no odor, the carpet dries quickly and you don't use soaps or chemicals that leave a residue.

I like the fact that there really is no residue left behind after a cleaning. In the 2 cases I've used Zerorez I've needed them to come back to retreat an area that was more heavily soiled and the stains and dirt wicked back to the surface, but in the end it all came out looking great!
