Also when I called at approximately 12 noon to ask an approximate time tech would arrive I was told he was working in Dacula and would be there awhile so it would be the latter end of my timeframe of 12-noon.
I then decided to run out to do an errand and then 15 mins later I get a message tech would be there in 25 mins. I had to turn around.
What a fiasco.

The two technicians were very professional
This was my first time using this company for carpet cleaning. He did an amazing job (sorry Im not good with names so I don't remember his name). I have a dog and a school aged child and when the service was finished, my carpets looked almost brand new again! Highly recommend and will be utilizing this company again in the future.

The tech that came out was very friendly and on time. He did a great job! Only complaint was I was quoted $105 for the service and the bill was $175? Would like that addressed other than that everything was fantastic!
