Zerores cleaned my floor to a standard I honestly didn’t know it could be. I’m a naive first time home owner & have been cleaning my floors myself over the past year, however; I’ve had guests to complain the grout was dirty so I decided to have Zerores to come out. At first I was a little disappointed because it didn’t look much different when he finished but after an hour I came back and everything was dry I was amazed at how white everything was. I honestly thought the grout was gray but it had been dirty the entire time. Highly recommended for floor cleaning.

Technician arrived on time and was careful to go over areas where there were stains. Stains are gone. Took longer to dry than I anticipated . Carpet looks great.

Technicians are punctual and professional and my rugs always look great when they finish!

Zerorez was a great decision. They did a great job getting a lot of pet smells out of the carpet. The house smells tremendously better. Ali was incredibly kind and gracious.

My only complaint is that the carpet was left very wet, and so some of the stains came back due to the pad being wet.

But I will definitely use them again!
