It was our first using a professional cleaning service and our technician was Steve Jeanty walked us through the entire process and made sure that we were comfortable with what needed to done to our carpet. He took the time to show us what he was doing and assured us that we would be pleased with the outcome. Needless to say we are very pleased and when its time to clean our carpets again we will use Zerorez and ask for Steve again.
