Great service
The personnel is very friendly and efficient. The product gives a much better result with a much quicker dry time.
Technicians are polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
I like the fact that the cleaning solution is water! There is no soapy residue left after the cleaning to attract dirt. I like the fact that the drying time nearly cut in half compared to others I have used. Equally important, Tim was clear in his instruction, careful in moving about my home, and a very pleasant and knowledgeable serviceman. I am pleased with every aspect of my Zerorez experience! I WILL be calling on Tim again!
I like the fact that it dries quickly. What I wish is that smaller tables and upholstered chairs that aren't that heavy could be moved and the space treated rather than just working around them. I am speaking of items that I can move at 80 years of age! Other than this complaint your representative did a great job and was very helpful and polite. He did move the dining room chairs and the smaller chairs in the living room, but worked around the chairs in the den. My rooms, stairs and hallway look great!
The carpet comes very clean. Doesn't stay wet long.
Professional and courteous associates. Stains came up easily and we are now stain-free!
The service at Zerorez is excellent. They are prompt and professional.
Zerorez did an excellent job on my carpet that was stained with oil from the garage. My carpet looks like new now.
It actually works!! You don't leave the carpet wet, and there really is NO residue. Carpets look really good and renewed after the cleaning!
My carpet doesn't smell like pee anymore! Thanks!
Professionalism of carpet cleaner.
I was impressed with the removal of pet stains (even old ones) and the bottle of B Fluid.
The tech was very nice and friendly and worked very hard. We were very pleased with the service.
Professional technician, on time service. My pets don't even know what happened! No more wee-weeing in the corners. No more smell. So-far, so-good.
