The representative provided cost for services and made me aware of current discounts available. I received confirmation of my appointment via email and a personal phone call reminder. On the day of service, I received another courtesy call to let me know when the Zerorez service representative was in route to my home, arriving promptly and as scheduled. Juan was very friendly and professional, checking furniture labels for suitability for cleaning, explaining the Zerorez product and process, and paying special attention to assure that all pieces were thoroughly cleaned. second time i had zerorez out. first time the tech seemed to be in a hurry. i had to press him to clean the carpets until they were clean. this time the tech, Johnatan was the best. he knew just what to do and did it, right the first time! very pleased with his knowledge and service.
