The work was done in a very professional way. Actually the technician arrived earlier than the window and we were not home and he waited as we were home before the window. The work done was very good and De Andre who was our technician was good in pointing out areas of difficulty. He was very cooperative and could not have been nicer. I can't express enough how friendly and inviting the call taker was. I appreciate how friendly and kind the technicians were that responded. I am also very impressed with how clean our carpets came out after your visit. I honestly thought as dirty and stained as they were that there would have been at least some shadowing of the former filth but there is not. They look as good as new, except of course, normal wear patterns to the pile. Great job! We will call again for our future needs.
