We have made attempts on the past to clean the carpet by ourselves and also went with other companies. The carpet has never been as clean as when we owed Zerorez. The old dirt is removed from years ago! We are very pleased! We will definitely call again and recommend the service.

The "no residue" from soap philosophy really seems to work well. My carpets look much better than I thought they would.
The only reason I put nine of ten was that the price seems high, but I'd rather pay a little more for it to actually stay clean! The young men who came to do the job were very nice and professional.
