The service and product is fine but it made me feel uncomfortable to have a choice of different tips for the technician. I have only given a tip if someone goes above and beyond. I ended up adding a tip since he was standing in front of me and it was awkward. He was polite and professional at all times.

I like that soap is not used; however, the initial scent is very strong & it went into another full day for my closet & one bedroom to completely dry - I blame this on the thickness of the carpet & the extra care the tech took into making sure the carpet was biologically cleaned.
