Mike was very professional, explaining the cleaning process prior to beginning. He did an incredible job of cleaning our carpets, to include removing pet stains. We liked the fact that there were no perfumy soap or solvent smells - just a fresh, clean aroma. The carpets were dry in about 4 hours. We are very happy clients, and will definitely be repeat customers. Hopefully Mike will be available the next time we need him!

Dustin was great - very fast and our carpets look great! should have done it sooner, but it was well worth it. we really like that there are no harsh chemicals used as well (perfect for small children).

The fact that you are using empowered water and zero chemicals to clean the carpet. This is truly amazing. The tech that came out very professional, we walked that house and pointed out some trouble areas. The whole process from start to finish was about an 1hr. We he was finished we went back through the house and those spots were gone.
