I was thrilled with the cleaning of the carpets and my sofa. However, I was disappointed in the cleaning of the bathroom grout. I can get it whiter myself with straight vinegar and a scrub brush. I will use zerorez again for carpets and upholstery and would recommend zerorez for carpets and upholstery but not bathroom tile and grout. I was going to have my hardwood cleaned soon, but now I'm not sure if I'm going to do it or not.
