Starting with the customer service rep who scheduled my appointment to the technician that did the work, they were all knowledgeable and professional.It was very easy to discuss with them what I needed and they answered my questions. My problems with soiled carpet were solved.

I love that it dries within 4 to 6 hours. I also like the way it removes pet odors however your prices are way too expensive and most people will not be able to afford that extra service
I think they leave the carpet clean. Service people are polite and helpful.
