I am in love how my carpet turned out, it looks brand new again! Mr. Thrasher was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns. I express to him how the previous owners had a couple of dogs and they had peed mainly one room. Well he made that room and the rest of the house look and smell really good. As far as pricing it was all very affordable and Mr. Thrasher gave me a discount price for odor treatment. Also gave me tips to maintain my carpet and I really appreciate him for that. Over all the technician went above and beyond my standards. I am very happy my friend referred me to Zerorez and to Mr. Thrasher. Looking forward to hire them again in the future.
