Zerorez is an established company with great ratings and that was important to us. We had our carpets cleaned and they look fabulous. The process was easy to book an appointment and they came in a few days of scheduling. They were neat and professional with their work. The cleaning process removed all stains and our carpet looks new! It was a pleasant experience and we will use again and recommend Zerorez.

Very nice, polite guys. Answered my questions and made the sofa look better. They had to come back a second time but they did a great job. I like how they automatically put on shoes covers and how they protect the corners and furniture. Will definitely recommend and call you for other items I would like to take care of.

Punctual arrival, care taken to protect floors and surrounding work area. The process was explained each step of the way. Particularly liked receiving photos of the inside of the ducts while they were here on the job. Very professional experience.

Technicians are always on time or early and send pictures of the progress. That are always respectful and kind. They get out spots like Fingernail polish, something I thought would never come up.
