I like that there are no chemicals introduced into the area being cleaned. Our carpets came much cleaner than I thought they would, and it took very little time. Our technician, Ward, was courteous and professional at all times!

The Technician was professional and informed me about how the carpet was cleaning up as well as the upholstery.
I like the clean smell that is left when the carpet is clean, not a chemical smell. The carpets dried up quickly. The couch was ready to sit on in the evening.
