Cheek did a excellent job even though we had some high traffic trouble spots. Also, the Zerorez high powered truck unit and equipment were up to par. I would use this service and the technician again.

I have already recommended Zeroez to three people. I have posted on my Facebook page how reasonable the price was, easy the online booking was, the reminder calls were great help in my busy schedule, how professional and nice the young man was who came to my house to cleaned my carpets, and my carpets look brand new when he finished! Do to these reasons I will be a loyal Zerorez customer.

When I have my carpets cleaned again, I would like to have the same guy come out to my house again.

I like the fact that the service is quick and there is no sticky residue on the carpet. The carpet feels like new.

The product appears to be ok, just had my carpets cleaned on last Tues, and they look decent enough for how filthy they were. But the customer service is what really impressed me. Mainly b/c that aspect of businesses has been forgotten in my opinion.From the notification call to the extremely courteous and professionalism of the technician. OMG, this guy was AMAZING. So informative, kept me in the loop before he did anything and was honest about what he would realistically be able to do for me. I totally appreciated his knowledge and demenor. I would Def recommend your company to my family and friends!
