I would definitely recommend them to a friend. I also suggest before you call for a quote, to get the most accurate one possible, know the number of rooms and stairs. Also provide exact sizes and how many stains will need to be addressed, that way the price won't change.

From a personal perspective, my tech, Santiago was the epitome of the word professional. He took his time to explain everything, he was kind, and he made sure I was satisfied before moving to the next area. He was also helpful when it came to tips for making my carpet last. I would love to have him as my tech every time.

I appreciate how quickly I got an appointment. I was notified by phone a half hour before arrival, arrival was prompt. The tech, Eric was courteous and friendly, had me double-check the rooms when he finished. He even moved a heavy piece of furniture back into place so I wouldn't have to do it.
I truly appreciate that the carpet cleaning is chemical free since I have a lot of chemical sensitivities.

The process cleans the carpet effectively and the technician does a great job. He is courteous and pleasant. I requested him specifically because he did such a good job last year. Scheduling is easy and I received a call when he was on his way, as promised.

Took time to do the job as right as possable. Jeremy explained what could be done with the issues we had and was a delight. Only problem we had with with getting a statemen over the enternet.
