They do not contain chemicals, carpet looks very clean. The person (can't recall his name) was very thorough, explained what he was going to do. He made some recommendations on some additional services which we appreciated and were needed.

The tech was superb. However, quote over the phone was not the same as tech on site. I paid extra to add one oversized room (20x20). Tech on site indicated the oversized room would not be included in 3 br/hallway plus oversize price. We discussed and ended up NOT doing carpet in one bedroom for the quote price. Hmmmmm...cannot give a 10 rating at this time.
