The solution had a pleasant, non-offensive smell. All odorrs and stains were removed. In addition, the technician was extremely helpful and patient with questions. She left a sample bottle of the solution. I used it so much that I called back to ask about purchasing more. The staff has been incredible and I can't say enough about this company. I don't say this lightly because most companies lost the art of service. This company has recaptured the meaning of service and carries it out. I couldn't be more happy and have already recommended it to neighbors and friends. I'm hooked and will certainly call them again when the need arises. That may be clean the carpets or more solution! I plan to make the same comments on other social media sites.

I generally have my carpets cleaned once a year professionally and I have used a couple of other companies. I never tried Zerorez because I heard they didn't use soap - or at least they don't use the same methods that the other companies use & I was a little leery. I'm not sure what it is they use to clean carpets but not only do my carpets look cleaner, they were not as damp and the smell was really nice. I also want to note that my technician, Deparr Mason was the absolute BEST. He was amazing and professional. He will be my "go to" guy for cleaning from now on and he should be yours too.
