I only had a sofa and rug cleaned. My rug is not ready yet so I can't give an opinion yet. The sofa seems to have turned out very well. The product used had a pleasant smell. That has not been the case with other services I've used in the past. Craig was super nice and very knowledgable as well as professional.

The timeliness and efficient staff during the visit to my home. Daylin was very pleasant and explained what he was going to do as well as offered other services that he could provide. He was very considerate to make sure he was providing the the best service possible despite the rain during his time at my home. He cleaned my family room, dining room and the hall, removing stains that I wasn't sure could be removed. After he loaded his equipment back into his truck, he made sure to mop up the entrance that was damp due to the rain.
Overall I am very please with his service and I would not hesitate recommend Zerorez to friends and have them return to my home in a future date.
I hope the cleaning process is better than traditional steam cleaning. Stained areas are improved. Enjoyed ths company video

This was my second time using Zerorez. I had my carpets cleaned a year ago, so I didn't expect to see a dramatic improvement this time around since they were somewhat clean. I was blown away with how much better it looked. I also had the tile in my kitchen cleaned for the first time. The results were so wonderful that I immediately emailed before and after photos to my extended family so that they could see how amazing the tile looked and use the service themselves.
Customer service was good, got a call letting me know they were on their way. Arrived on time and very friendly. Explained the job and product very well and did a very good and thorough cleaning. Will definitely be using Zerorez again and highly recommend them to anybody.
