The technician who came to our house (Santiago?) was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and did a fabulous job. He provided suggestions about other services in an informative, but non-pushy, manner. When I asked him about cleaning the upholstery on our dining room chairs, he explained the limitations and risk of the process, rather than just agreeing that I should have them done (which would have meant additional revenue for ZeroRez). I really appreciated his honesty!

This is a review I did on Kudzu- "On time, conscientious, and professional- Jonathon did a fantastic job start to finish on our carpets. He explained the work, answered my questions and then did exactly what he said he would do. He spent extra time on tough spots to make sure that they were removed. He protected areas from damage and didn't mark up anything in the process. Carpets looked fantastic after 10 years and two kids worth of wear and tear.

You could tell he cared about what he was doing and it made a difference. If you have heard about them on the radio and weren't sure whether to give it a shot, I recommend that you do."

We have used you in the past and I have to say I would use Paul again. He showed he cares for is customers and making sure the carpets look good. He communicated very well to make sure if a spot didn't come out. He also made sure I knew when I was able to move things back onto the carpet.

Jeremy did a great job and rejuvenated the rooms he dis so it looks awesome - unfortunately one dog pee stain came back but it was very old and very deep - it is must less obvious :-)
