Zerorez is always timely, does a great job on our carpets as well as protecting our walls and corners and always with a friendly smile. They also offer specials from time to time that provide a real value. That's what we hold out for.
I liked the customer service. The technicians were courteous, efficient, and prorofessional. However, I did not like the fragrant that was sprayed after the air ducts were completed. I was told that it was a floral but to me smelled more like an ointment.
