We've had two great experiences with ZeroRez and would gladly have them back for our next clean. The technicians are courteous and thorough. Additional services are offered but I never felt pressured to participate.

I love how clean my carpets are now. I just wish you offered the services of moving furniture. At our age it is getting harder and harder to do. Would have done more often if it weren't for us having to move ourselves.
