The fact that my carpets are actually clean with very little or no residue! Knowledgeable & courteous technicians that get the job done right the first time. Reliable on-time service. Our technician tackled my problem spots and was able to clean those areas as if the spot had never been there in the first place. Can't get any better than this.
The service
The before and after pictures show that the job was done well using that humongous vacuum truck and ironizing the individual vents. I used my ordinary vacuum cleaner to accomplish the same tasks to no avail.
