As first time customers of Zerorez, calling in to schedule was easy with immediate pick up and friendly phone person. Our service technician, Mike Pacheco,did an outstanding job in our home representing the company. He was very knowledgeable about the product and explained differentiators from other services/products; not pushy, just informative. We appreciated that he took the time to inform and educate us. We went well beyond the $109 scheduled service, adding sofa, love seat, dining room, high traffic protector, and sent off area rugs. They all needed it, as they had never been cleaned and we were thrilled. The company appears to have a good accountability system in place with the survey questions we went through together at the end of service.
Mike arrived to our home, within the scheduled time at 3pm and left at 6:30. For the most part, Zerorez looks to be a very well operated organization. There is one area that raised a concern and I believe needs immediate attention from the owners. This regards the amount of hours one technician works in a day and how the jobs are dispatched so that one technician does not work over 8 hours/day. Our technician left our house at 6pm to go to another home and begin working at 7pm. I was shocked when I asked him what time he started his day and he said 6am. He wasn't complaining, I was just inquiring. This is physically demanding work and I believe that a system needs to be put in place to be aware if a technician takes a job that goes from $109 standard service to $800 and 3 hours like ours did, so that dispatch can look for other technicians within a 5 mile radius for example who may be finished and able to handle the next home, without working these guys beyond an 8 day. I have been a top performer in sales for over 15 years and then owned a chocolate manufacturing business for over 13 years. With a dedicated work ethic, I understand the need to work long hours at times. However, I believe it's critical to take care of your employee, promoting loyalty, reducing turn-over, and honoring their work/life balance. It was disappointing to see this with Zerorez and I'd like to think the owners who have successfully implemented an impressive and effective operating system in other areas, would begin to work on improving this area as well.
Again, Mike was great and I would highly recommend him as a valuable member of your team.

I just bought a new (to me) home with some heavy staining in several of the rooms. I never imagined the stains would come out as much as they did. We planned to replace the carpeting and still will, but they look so great I'm, not in any rush to do so. Roger was great in explaining the cleaning process and took his time to do the best cleaning possible.
