Just the fact that I now have nice, clean carpet!

Technician arrived early but called first, very courteous and did a terrific job. We have light carpet but she worked the soil out of the carpet so it looks almost brand new. Not sure how this water thing works but it certainly got the job done. I have used zeroes ever since they started in Atlanta. I had Stanley Steamer come out before but after they arrived 2 hours late and left our carpet so wet it took 3 days to dry, I dropped them and will never have them come back.

He tested an area and realized that the results I desired could not be obtained. I was most appreciative as most folks would have completed the work just so they could charge me.

This is my second time using Zerorez for our carpets which are now 10 years old. Still having teenagers in the home, we decided to hang on to them a bit longer and since 3 years ago we used Zerorez with fabulous results, we decided to go with Zerorez again. Once again...SO SHOCKED they were able to get some darker stains & spots out in high traffic areas! They were fast yet thorough and we are completely satisfied AGAIN!
